Take on one of the South Coast’s most iconic running events — the Great South Run — and help us grant unforgettable wishes for adults aged 18–55 living with a terminal illness.
Whether you’re a first-time runner or building up to a bigger challenge, this fast and friendly 10-mile route is perfect for all levels. You’ll join thousands of other runners along the beautiful Portsmouth seafront, while raising vital funds that create precious moments for families who need them most.
