Join Team Purple Heart Wishes at the AO Arena!
We're looking for volunteers to join Purple Heart Wishes at the AO Arena for an evening with comedian Paul Smith on his brand-new HAPPY tour!
Known for his crowd work, observations and stories from real life, Paul brings his biggest tour yet to Manchester for two nights at the AO Arena.
While thousands of comedy fans enjoy the show, Team PHW will be working behind the scenes to help raise vital funds – and we need your help!
💜 What will I be doing?
Our volunteers will be working on one of the food and drink kiosks inside the AO Arena, helping to serve customers attending the event.
Purple Heart Wishes receives a percentage of the money earned through the kiosk, so the more we can help serve throughout the evening, the more money we have the opportunity to raise for the charity.
You'll be working alongside other members of Team PHW, helping us raise funds that allow us to continue granting wishes to adults living with terminal illness.
No previous PHW volunteering experience is needed – we'd love to welcome both new and existing volunteers.
⏰ When do I need to be there?
The AO Arena confirms that doors open at 6:00pm, with Paul Smith's show beginning at 7:30pm. AO Arena
Volunteer shift starts: 5:00pm
Please make sure you're able to arrive in time for the start of your shift and commit to the full volunteering period before registering.

By volunteering on our kiosk, you'll be directly helping Purple Heart Wishes raise funds to continue granting wishes to adults aged 18–55 who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, helping them create precious memories with the people they love.
Every customer served can help us raise a little more towards another wish.
