Community Comes Together to Raise £8,000 at Purple Heart Wishes Charity Football Match

On a fantastic evening of football, fundraising and community spirit, BNI Masters and BNI Renaissance came together for the 2nd Annual Purple Heart Wishes Charity Football Match, raising over an incredible £8,000 to support young adults diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Hosted in support of Purple Heart Wishes, the event brought together players, sponsors, volunteers, supporters, family members and local businesses, all united by a shared goal: creating meaningful moments and lasting memories for those who need them most.

While BNI Masters secured an 8-4 victory on the pitch, the real success of the evening was the impact made off it.

More Than Just a Football Match

The annual charity match has become a fantastic example of what can be achieved when local businesses and communities work together.

From player sponsorships and business donations to ticket sales, fundraising and support from friends and family, every contribution helped raise vital funds that will go directly towards granting wishes for young adults living with terminal illness.

Events like this not only raise money but also raise awareness of the challenges faced by the people we support and the importance of creating positive experiences during incredibly difficult times.
